When a pipe flashing is needed for sealing a penetration through a flat roof, the Dektite® FlatSeal™ is the perfect solution. Catering for pipe diameters from 25mm to 175mm, simply cut the Dektite® to size using the size guide molded into the flashing cone.

Ideal for flat and low pitch roofs with EPDM membranes For use on EPDM rubber roofs, using traditional primers and adhesive (not supplied). No additional clamps required as the extra-tight snap fit seal offers a watertight seal and a pipe penetration.

FLATSEAL™ BUTYL

Ideal for flat and low pitch roof applications for all applied roof membranes No special tools or fittings are needed. FlatSeal™ snaps tight to pipe without clips and seals with self adhesive butyl base. Refer to our website for the installation guide.
